Tell me what's at stake.

This inbox is small on purpose. I read every note myself, and the ones that name what's actually on the line are the ones that get my time.

The Work I Take

I'm a learning scientist. I install Brain-centric frameworks inside enterprises, which means I don't deliver a training and leave. The thinking gets built into how the organization already works, and it holds after I'm gone.

The installations run in three rooms.

Management

Leaders who can name what goes out under their team's name, size the risk on purpose, and make decisions that survive the meeting they were made in.

Sales

Conversations built the way brains actually buy: stabilize first, surprise on schedule, and close on the customer's own motion instead of the rep's script.

Frontline

Judgment at the edge of the company, where the customer actually stands. The people who use AI all day learn to command it, verify it, and sign what leaves their hands.

I also keynote. If your stage needs the third column of work explained to a room that's tired of AI hype from both directions, that's a conversation I'll always read.

Before You Write

A note that gets a fast reply names three things: the room you're trying to change, what it's costing you now, and why this quarter instead of next year. You don't need a polished brief. You need to know what's at stake, because that's the first question I'd ask anyway.

Vendor pitches, link exchanges, and guest-post offers don't get replies, and I mean that kindly. This page is for work.

Every note gets read by me, once, carefully. If it's a fit, you'll hear back within the week. If it's a fine idea and a wrong fit, I'll tell you that too, because your time has stakes of its own.
