This site is operated by Brain-centric, LLC. It defines the term Stake Skills, offers free downloadable instruments, and points to where the book can be purchased. Book purchases happen on third-party retail sites under their terms, not ours.
The Stake Audit and Stake Ledger are yours to download, print, use, and share in their original, unaltered form. Use them at work, hand them to your team, pin one to the wall. What you may not do is sell them, strip the attribution, or present them as your own work.
The content of this site, the instruments, the book, and the Stake Skills name and framework belong to Brain-centric, LLC. Hard Skills and Soft Skills belong to everybody. This third one has an author.
The Audit and Ledger are professional self-assessment tools. They are not legal advice, compliance certification, or a guarantee of any outcome. You run them, you sign them, and what you do with the findings is yours. That is rather the point.
